Yes. All message templates are fully customisable. You can personalise by guest name, restaurant name, reservation time, and any other data in the guest profile.
SeatedIQ currently integrates with Square, Toast, and Clover. Once connected, SeatedIQ automatically pulls your payment and check data and matches each bill to the corresponding reservation by time. Bill totals flow directly into the guest profile — updating lifetime spend and average spend per visit with zero manual entry. You can trigger a sync on demand or let it run on a schedule.
SeatedIQ uses a time-window matching algorithm. When a payment comes in from your POS, SeatedIQ finds the reservation at your restaurant within a ±3 hour window and automatically links the bill total. If a guest has multiple reservations in that window, it picks the closest match. You can always adjust amounts manually on the reservation edit screen.
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We are SOC 2 Type II compliant and GDPR-ready. Your guest data belongs to you — we never sell or share it.
Yes. You can export your full guest list, reservation history, and campaign data at any time in CSV or JSON format. No lock-in.
